At
the beginning of this year and supported by UNIFEM
( United Nations Development Fund for Woman) and for SOGEM (General Society of
Writers of Mexico), for the seventh consecutive
year continuing with " The end is the beginning
at great heights ", making this a new " call of
attention " from the 6 Continents, as every January
1st of this new century.

From here, from the American Continent, Central America,
and from one of its most representative sites
"The Valley of Teotihuacán",
(for the Aztecs this was considered a city where
men were turned into gods), that is considered
to be the most important culture of the central
area of the former Mexico and is one of the
most important archaeological zones of the world,
I send to the humanity everything an altruistic
message "in order that nevermore doors
will be closed."

In my
vindication for the Fundamental Laws for Human Beings,
I appeal to the conscience of the inhabitants of the
world, to Chiefs of State, to the Chiefs of International
organizations, to the eminent personalities and to
the mass media in order that they unite and, for once
in all, let us all construct and fight for all that
is essential - Peace.
In
the year that the United Nations General Assembly,
at its 58th session, adopted resolution A/Res/58/211
which declares this year, 2006, the International
Year of Deserts and Desertification and in
representation of all women and children, giving
voice to those that suffer daily, in silence,
the violation of their rights, I raise my
message of faith, hope
and peace for all humanity; asking |

for the equality of gender
without discrimination of race, ethnic, age, religion,
language, sex, physical or mental disability, social
condition, political opinion or any other condition,
inviting again everyone in order that together let's
once more form the Circle of the Love and Unity and
in this precise instant of the beginning of the new
year, let's not let it be only that but also take the
opportunity to proclaim a Creed to waken, once and for
all, all that is still "pure" within the human
race.

For you, women and children, for all of us, in order
that our illusions will never die, in order
that every day is better, in order that we understand
that nothing is impossible if done with LOVE,
I make this call of attention from "
The Mexican United States " with its fabulous
culture which has not succumbed to its conquest
and that is responsible also, for the Universal
patrimony of " The Monarch Butterfly ".

The
present legacy of this country that belongs
geographically to two subcontinents: North America
and South America, is one of the things in this
world that today helps us reclaim thereal values
of life. If we could copy the "Monarch
Butterflies (Danaus plexippus)"
(the only butterfly that manages to live through
nine months, 12 times more than any other butterfly)
who hibernate together to maintain their warmth,
we could form an enormous human cluster by connecting
our hands, giving to the world one indescribable
spectacle, as they have in this image, of union
and protection, helping ourselves unite in
order to achieve true progress towards equality,
human growth and for eternal Universal Peace. |
Because "
Love is the sustentation of life "
and " The end is the beginning at great
heights ". |
