At the
beginning of this new year, and like every 1st of January of this
New Century, being sponsored by UNIFEM (United Nations Development
Fund for Women) and by the Secretary of Culture of the Government
of the City of Buenos Aires, for the third consecutive year I continue
with
" The end is the beginning at great heights ".Peace on the 6 Continents, making
a new "call of attention" by visiting one of the six continents.

From the Asian Continent and one of its most representative
historical structures "The China Wall " -the only
construction created by man that can be seen from the moon-
I am sending an altruist message to all humanity so that "doors
are never closed any more".
I request, by the vindication of our Rights, to the conscience
of all countries of the world, to the Chiefs of State, the
heads of international organisms, to the eminent |

personalities and mass media so that they can become more
conscientious. |
In
this year of " The International Year of Mountains " and
in representation of all women and children, giving voice to those
that suffer daily, in silence, the violation of their rights,
I bring my message of faith, hope, and peace to all human beings.
I request equality among all, without discrimination of race,
age, religion,
| language,
sex, physical or mental discapacity, social condition, political
opinion or any other condition, and I invite everyone to form
the Circle of Love and Unity. And at this precise moment of
the change of the year, that it not only be the change, but
that we proclaim a message that awakens everything that is still
pure in the human race, |

so that
our illusions will never die, so that every day is better, and by
remembering that " Love is the sustentation of life ".
I invite all inhabitants of this planet to contribute a thousandth
of a gram of sand to construct a better world for all of us.
Let us not forget that "The end is the beginning at great
